Whether you're coming from a shelter, a halfway house, or a couch you’ve been sleeping on for months, we want you to know: you are not just passing through here. You’re stepping into something that was built with you in mind.

We don’t do this casually. We do it with care.

The Intake Process

Here’s what the process looks like when someone applies to join our shared-living community:

  1. Referral or Inquiry

    • You might come through a social worker, a loved one, or find us online. Either way, the door opens with a simple introduction.

  2. Application + Intake Form

    • We ask for some basic info about your background, goals, and support needs—not to judge you, but to understand how we can serve you best.

  3. Conversation, Not Interrogation

    • We’ll follow up with a one-on-one call or visit. We talk about expectations, your goals, and what you’re looking for in a home. This is a conversation, not a screening.

  4. Review + Decision

    • We review applications not just for availability, but for fit. We want to build a home where everyone thrives—not just exists.

What Happens After Acceptance?

You’ll receive:

  • A clear move-in checklist

  • A copy of house expectations and your rights

  • A chance to walk through the space and ask questions

  • Support as you settle in (including help accessing local resources)

We also introduce you to the other residents, because community starts with connection.

What We Expect in Return

This is shared living—which means everyone plays a part. We expect:

  • Respect for housemates and the space

  • Accountability to the rules and structure

  • Participation in making the house a safe, peaceful environment

We’re not here to babysit. We’re here to support.

Our Commitment to You

We commit to offering:

  • A clean, stable home

  • Structure that helps you grow

  • A judgment-free zone

  • Support that’s real, not performative

We know this journey isn’t easy. But you don’t have to walk it alone. This is a place for restoration, not just survival.

Come As You Are

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need to be ready to grow, respect the space, and step into something better.

If you’re thinking this might be the place for you—or for someone you know—reach out. We’re building more than homes here.

We’re building futures.
