3. No Guarantee of Placement

Payment obligations remain in effect regardless of usage unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Billing, Refunds, & Cancellation

All billing schedules, refund eligibility, and cancellation terms are governed exclusively by our Refund, Billing & Cancellation Policy.

Failure to make payments as agreed may result in:

• Late fees (if applicable)

• Removal from the program

7. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize Singleton Legacy Homes to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.

Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Zoho Payments and its banking partners.

By making a payment, you acknowledge:

• Delays, errors, or failures may occur due to banks or payment networks

• Singleton Legacy Homes is not liable for third-party processing issues

9. Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, returned, or reversed:

• The full balance remains due

• Additional fees may apply

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree to contact Singleton Legacy Homes to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Payment processing failures or delays

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
