Refund, Billing & Cancellation Policy
Singleton Legacy Homes

By enrolling in and submitting payment for this program, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms:
1. Monthly Billing & Payment Authorization
All program fees are billed on a monthly basis and cover the full upcoming billing period (one calendar month or 30-day cycle, depending on your enrollment date). By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges on a monthly basis unless and until cancellation is properly submitted in accordance with this policy.
2. No Refund Policy (Strictly Enforced)
All payments are final. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Failure to attend or participate in the program
Scheduling conflicts
Dissatisfaction with results
Change of mind or personal circumstances
Because your payment secures access to the program and reserves your place for the entire billing period, no full or partial refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.
3. Service Period Acknowledgment
Client acknowledges that each payment covers the entire monthly program period, regardless of actual usage. Partial participation or non-participation does not reduce or prorate the fee.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their enrollment by submitting written notice at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled billing date.
Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the next billing date will result in one final charge.
Access to the program will continue through the remainder of the paid billing period.
No cancellations will result in retroactive refunds.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By agreeing to this policy, Client expressly agrees not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or credit card provider for services rendered or fees agreed upon.
In the event of a dispute or chargeback:
This agreement, along with proof of payment and participation, will be submitted as evidence
Client remains financially responsible for all fees incurred
Any unpaid balances may be sent to collections or pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law
6. Missed Sessions / Non-Use
Failure to attend scheduled sessions or utilize program services does not entitle Client to a refund, credit, or extension of services.
7. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Billing & Cancellation Policy in full.
